How far can it travel, and how long does it take to charge?
It has a range of 10-20 km on a full charge. Charging takes 6-8 hours, so you can charge it overnight and use it all day.
Can it be folded for storage or car travel?
Yes. The X-frame design folds down to 41 x 75 cm, from 64 x 89 cm when open, so it fits easily in a car boot or a small space.
Which battery options are available?
There are two 24V options: 12 Ah (8.5 kg) and 20 Ah (13 kg). The 12 Ah is lighter to carry. The 20 Ah is heavier but should give you more distance per charge.
Is the joystick suitable for both left-handed and right-handed users?
Yes. The 360° joystick can be set up for either hand. The control panel has power, horn, speed up/down, mute and SOS call-for-help buttons, plus battery and speed indicators.
